Hello folks,

I am taking a training for MAS server and I just red the followinig information:

*Logging on to a Messaging Application Server

As a customer administrator, you normally use the customer account when
administering an MAS. This account is created on your Active Directory during
installation and applies to each MAS in your Modular Messaging system.*

The issue is that I need something more specific, a procedure with images or something that can help me out to understand the way I can logg in to the server.

I dont have access to a MAS server so that is why I am looking this.
Hope you can help me out,

Have an excellent day!!!

This depends on whether this is MM for Exchange or MM for MSS (multiple MAS servers and whether the MAS servers are joined to a customer's AD domain for the MM for MSS systems). But there are typically 2 accounts created/used during the install. Check with the install guide might help you track down what you might have used during the install.

If the MAS is joined to your AD domain then any account that is in the Domain Admins security group should be able to log into the MAS.

I have a MM for exchange and the system just have one MAS server.
Do you know the name of the guide? So I can serch for it over the internet.

Kind regards
