Logging on Arcserve

Everytime I try to start Job engine under services, I get a login error, saying that it can t valiate my login, how do I fix this???

Highlight the job engine service and click the startup button. Then where it says logon as, enter a local or domain account that has admin rights. This is how I have mine setup.

The logon does that mean the logon and password to the server, also if not where can I change the logon and password to validate the logon
