Logging off the VMWare server shutsdown guest OS 1

Sure you can...go into the properties for each VM, edit settings. Then go to the Options tab. Under the Startup/Shutdown option, change the Virtual Machine account to Local System. That should take care of it. I'd also make sure that the On Host Startup is set to Don't power and the Host Shutdown is set to Power Off. Any questions, post back.
