Is it possible to log manual actions like changing volume mode to "recyclable" ?

Not from the GUI. However, if you do this from the command line you of course may save this to a file.

You can log any parameters changes by enabling "Monitor RAP" (Setup server).
Il will produce a /nsr/logs/rap.log file (very usefull)

Thank you speculos,

Monitor RAP is allready enabled but does not log all actions and manual recycling of volumes is not logged.
