Logging mailbox access

Hi there,

I need to find a way of effectively logging the client connectivity (IP Address, username and time of connection) to a mailbox. Within a mailbox store in EX2003 I can see the current Logons and I can also see useful info in the Mailboxes folder. This however is a real-time view. Is there any way of logging the changes in these folders? Does Exchange log them or just update in real-time? Can Perfmon log these changes?

Any help would be great!
