This is going to be an odd issue to type out, but essentially when this user tries to log into her voicemail box at extension 73043, it will instead transfer her to the voicemail of 73554. It does not transfer to the voicemail box for 73554 to log in, but transfers as if she was calling the number and is leaving a message.

Both of these numbers have an auto-msg-wt set to a 3rd extension, but that shouldn't dictate how or where their primary voicemails operate. Interestingly, this also happens when trying to log into 73554's voicemail as well.

checking in AVST, both of these voicemail boxes are set to their correct extensions and do not have additional devices set either.

I'm hoping a kind wizard will happen by and shine a new perspective on this.

Thanks

Run a trace on the extension when the user calls voicemail and compare it to a trace of a user that does not have the issue.

I haven't worked on Active Voice/AVST in a while so I can't offer much advice there. Is this a brand new issue, did some new programming get implemented?
