logging into outlook

employees at my company have been having problems logging into outlook fromwithin our office, but there seems to be no problem logging in from outside. are there some settings that need to be changed in our firewall? any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of problems? Can they ping the server by the DNS name? joegz

actually, i realized that the whole darned thing has crashed. I am going to have to remake the server and reload it all. thanks for your time though!
