Logging into Meridian - Remote Office / RLC

Hi

Has anyone come across a problem where in a remote office (RLC) which is controlled by Symposium, agents cannot log onto the Meridian in the event of a Symposium failover and Meridian ACD routing is to be used?

I have not heard of any issues as stated above. Is the RLC being used locally or do you have remote agents hanging of a iremote or simialar? If remote then is the link between RLC and remote office still up or is it in "hostless mode"?
