Hello Avaya Friends,

I was wondering if anyone has an s8300 with Call Center Intro (Splits) running on CM 3.1.2 that can answer this question.
When you log into a Split on a telephone set, you would enter:
The FAC plus Split# plus Telephone extension.

1. If my split # is 5, would I enter "5" or "05" or "005" or "0005"
2. Do we need to enter the telephone extension. I was told that on the new CM verisons, its not required.

If anyone can help, that would be great

Thanks

That sounds like you are running EAS.

I have Call Center Intro with Splits. We dont have skills

Thanks

Is your agents have phone logins? What we we do in our call center is FAC + phone login ids.
