logging in to NY domain w/london account loses settings after logoff

Hi All,

I have a user logging in to our NY domain with her london account, and all permissions are fine as well as Outlook after setup. Problem is she loses all her settings after she logs off of the PC. She comes in the next day and we have to set her up all over again. We dont want her desktop to follow her, just her permissions and her ability to use outlook w/o having to set it up again and again.

Anyone have an idea why this is happening?

Do you use roaming or mandatory profiles - if so, are the profile servers accessible from either site/office?
