Logging Calls on CICS

For the life of me, I'm having a nightmare trying to set up "Log All Calls" on a 3 station CICS. I think that there are several steps to this but the manual is just confusing the crap out of me. Can anyone tell me step by step how to do this?

Go to term & sets, telco features, log space and add a number to the log space. Then you can change the log to what you want (f*84)
