Logged in resources error in script... HELP!

I am writing a script to help a department direct calls to the correct people during the day depending on the incoming toll free number. the problem is, when I step through the script I check for "Logged in" resources and the variable always comes back as -1 .... does anyone have any ideas? I've changed variable names, tried a truckload of different things, including checking ALL resources and it came back with the correct number then.

any ideas what would cause this?
