I keep getting this critcal alarm , end users are reporting no problems but i can't figure out what bus and port is causing the alarm logevent 247 00 D5 02 33 00 12 00 02 00 0C 00 01 2C 44 35 2C 32 33 33 2C 31 32 2C 32 2C 43 2C 31

how do you read theses fields ? Thanks to anyone advance

it says:
Logevent 247 00 D5 02 33 00 12 00 02 00 0C 00 01 2C 44 35 2C 31 32 2C 31 32 2C 43 2C 31

Problem resolution:
Verify that attached sets/peripherals at Port<Fields 1-2> of Bus<Fields 7-8> initialize and function. If something is not working reset it. If the problem persists contact your local support group. Example :Logevent 247 Field=00 Field 2=01 Field=03...Filed n=N.

That is how it appears in the alarm log. From that how am I supposed to figure out the bus and port. The example it gives does nothing for me, am I missing something?
