I've seen this several times on our syslog server from 8692s running 3.5.x and v4.0.x code. It looks like I was logged in and saved the config around the same time on one of the occasions, but the other time I don't think anyone was logged into it so I'm not sure if the two events are related or not.

It is interesting u tell and i think as your, i connect everyday (only to see the logs), i dont save the configuration all days but everyday the logs tell me the same:
