Log Shipping switch from stand-by to primary

My organization is looking at Log Shipping as a possible solution to disaster recovery. We are having a problem switching the 'warm' server from stand-by to make it the primary server.

Can the last transaction log be reimported with the RECOVERY option set? Or is there a TSQL command that will switch the database out of stand-by mode?

Thanks in advance for your help.
