log shipping concurrent read and recover 1

I'm looking for a way to load and recover the standby database at the same time someone is reading from the database.
Today I get the following error:
[Microsoft SQL-DMO (ODBC SQLState: 42000)] Error 3101: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Exclusive access could not be obtained because the database is in use.
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]RESTORE LOG is terminating abnormally.

You can not restore a transaction log to a database while someone is using the database. You have to kick everyone out of the database before restoring the log or you will get the message you listed.
