I have 2 phones in a hunt group, with a queue that goes to my Announcement Board.

If there is only one person staffing the group that day, is there a button I can program to log them out, or busy the station so that if the single person on is on a call, the next call will go to the queue, rather than ringing the 2nd, unmanned station?

I tried a DND button, but no joy.

If this is a ACD group give them a "aux-work" button. If this is not, you may want to change it so you can have your agents log in and out as they need to and calls not go to a station that is not staffed.
