Log on using dial-up connection

On my W2K laptop there is a checkbox on the login screen which allows me to Log on using dial-up connection.

Is it possible to add this option to a Windows NT Workstation?

If you have RAS installing and configured, at the log on box you get a tick box to log in using dial up networking.
