Need your help, i have created a new site and move 2 domain controllers into. I have created a subnet for this site. But the servers within that subnet range are still using other DC's in different sites to authenicate rather than the 2 i want them to use

HELP!!! PLEASE

Guys still struggling with this anyone have a idea

I assume your site is at a different location and you would like the users to be authenticated locally. Microsoft suggests that each site contain a global catalog server. The global catalog server is considered a FSMO role and is the only one that can be located on more than one domain controller. windows help, click the index, search for global catalog and choose the overview; choose the global catalog topic. This explains how the global catalog is used to authenticate users.
