Is there a way to specify which domain controller a user logs onto with W2K acive directory?

You need to read up on Active Directory Sites and Services. You can somewhat dictate how your clients locate logon servers by linking your different subnets to different sites. Say you have 3 offices. One in Boston, one in London, and one in Australia. You don't want clients in AU authenticating to the server in the USA, so you create a site for AU and setup your subnets for AU followed by using the LOCATION tab on your AU subnet poperties window from within Sites and Services. NOTICE I SAID DICTATE. This isn't 100% perfect.
