Log Off - Outlook Web Access

When my users click on the log off button in OWA, they get prompted for a username and password. I am running Exchange 2003 sp1 and Windows 2003 sp1. Any idea what would cause this issue?

Do they have firewalls on their PCs ? Try putting the URL to owa in the trusted sites in Explorer.

I just went to Exchange 2003 this week and noticed this, too. The user opens up Public Folders and a new window opens. When you try to logoff the main window after that, it prompts for the username and password. Sounds like a typical Microsoft glitch....
