Log into Octel 1

We are using 61c connected with Octel 250 through 16 ports.

Today I change TN settings on those ports and found the status pf ports become "LOG OUT" in the LD 32. So no one can enter the voice mail now.

Could you please let me know how to make those ports log into voice mail?

did you make major changes, and did you try to disable and reenable them?

Run port tests from menu 20 (I think)- this will log back in your ports. Or you could reboot
