Log incoming connections

Hi!
Is there some tool that I can log incoming connections to a certain pre defined port? It just has to create a txt log file or something like that with ip-adress and time connected.

Maybe I should add this info: The machine I want to log ip connections on is a WinXP. And it´s no web involved. (Know you can do it with ASP)
