Sorry for the silly question but here goes, I have a d/B with the following tables Tbl1: Dept# Password Requester
Tbl2: Dept# Item Qty Month Justify
This database is a budget D/B, the item field in tbl2 is a combo box where the department manager can select budget items or add an item not currently displayed(Each Dept. Can select several budget items from the list) Here is the part that is given me a hard time. my boss wants the departments to be able to log into this D/B based upon the department number and password and have only there selections from their dept.appear. I would appreciate any help i can get. Also, If anyone can offer help, please be very basic with any Visual basic or SQL instructions as i am new to both. Thanks in advance..........Rick
