Log in and log out times 1

Hello! Running 500 v2 8.1 9611 phones

Is there a way to view when a user or an agent has logged in and out of the phone? For example I want to know when user A logged in their phone and when they logged out of their phone.

Is there anything in the records or place I could find this?

Yes, its call reporting software such as Chronicall or (shudders) CCR

That's what I figured, was just hoping the system itself had something.

We use Datel for our call reporting. This is just an FYI for you... if you use Datel the agent login/logout report is not default so you need to request the report if it's a feature you'd like.
