Hi
I am using CRXI on SQL Server
We have some reports for data check, each user has to print the report to see the data input errors he/she made and then fix them
My boss wants to know if there is a way to find out when a user printed the report?
Is this possible with CR?
Thank you

Depending on what you mean by "print" I have to say yes. Since Crystal Reports can actually write records to a table in a database you could update the table with the necessary information each time the report is executed. You could then write a report that would provide your boss what he/she is looking for.

There are probably other examples floating around but one example of CR being used to update a table in a database can be found at:
It is used to update a table that is actually used in the same report which is not something you would be doing but it does demonstrate Crystal's ability to capture information.
