Is there anyway to create an audit trail for deletion of data from tables?

Depends on exactly what you are looking for....

If the users have access to the table directly, then no...you can't do it. If the users can only access the data through forms, then yes you can....

You will have to create your own audit trail procedures and all....there is nothing built in Access for it....There are many examples here at this site and a google searchw ill turn up a bunch more....I have a sample db also if you want to see it, but it does not mention anything about the users only accessing through forms and all..... Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. (Albert Einstein)

I have all the audit, error and event logs for the forms tracked.

I wanted to know if there was anyway to monitor if an administrator deleted data directly from a table.

It appears that this is not possible.
