When you stat an analog and it says Busy,
then you do a call trace and it says 'LOCKOUT TN

what does this mean?

down due to blockage, disu the enlu from 32 against the tn, could be a bad set, bad tn, spill or just a cable pair.. i have seen just a stuck key lock one up
