Locking the NAV server

HI all..

I have three NAV servers in different locations.

I know that Symantec supports password protection from users trying to uninstall the client, but I need to have a password from users trying to INSTALL the client. I want to be able to mange what users go on which NAV server as well as keep other users on the network that I don't support from installing themselves to my servers.

Anyone know if this is possible?

I am not getting any great answers from the Symantec message boards on this issue..
