locking terminal services down

hi

can anyone give advice or point me to a website where i can get advice on locking down terminal services? i want to stop the user from accessing control panel or deleting things on C:\, D:\ drive, they still need modify access to certain folders on c/d drive as the application ACT! requires that. any other advice/common pratices would be more than welcome too.
