I was wondering if anyone knows a way to lock down windows 98/Me. I want to lock out users from accessing the Control pannel, network neighborhood, Not allowed to install programs, access the Internet on port 80 only, stuff like that. I know it can be done with Win2K/XP, but Can't find a way to do it with Win98/Me....any thoughts

You're not going to find it as easy as with NT technology, but look at poledit.
A program that I highly recommend you look into would be Folder Guard. It will do just about anything your want and more. Here's the link so you can check it out:
