I am creating an application that will require that certain forms be displayed but with all the fields locked (disabled) if another field has a value of -1.

Is there code or some other way of making this happen?

Thanks

On the forms on current event check the value of field X. If field X = -1 set the forms "allow edits", "allow additions", "allow deletions" to "no".

Just to add to MajP's advice - don't be tempted to set the Enabled property false. This looks as though it'll do what you want but users won't be able to select a control at all and this means that they won't be able to scroll down a long text box.
