I am a user of an access database and cannot modify forms or change reports as I do not have admin permission. Unfortunately the creator of the database is no longer employed with our organization and I am unable to contact her. Is there a way to add my name or gain access to the admin group so I can make necessary changes?

Rename original database "Name1". Create an new blank database named original name "Name", import everything from the renamed Name1. Save and you are now the new admin.
