Locked out of voicemail

I know I saw another post in here on this at some point but am unable to find it. When I log into the voicemail admin (F983) and enter the password, I get "Not Allowed". If I enter the wrong pass, I get "Invalid Pass" so I know the pass is right. Thanks for your help!

Feature 985 then enter 9resetsmpswd and that will default it back to 120000,1020000,10020000...

Sorry, are you trying to access it from a 10 or 24 button set? If you`re trying to get into Feature 983 from a phone that doesn`t have the 3 soft keys under the display, you will get a "not allowed" after the Feature 983 is entered. I should read before I reply.

I reset it and it works great - thanks
