Locked Out of System Coordinator Box 1

A co-worker of mine recently reset the password for the Systems Coordinator's box (Feature 983). We are now unable to log in with the old or new password. How can I reset this password, and what will it be?

Please advise....

At the top of the page you will see 4 tabs "Forum" "Keyword Search" "FAQs" and "Links" Just click on the FAQ tab and look for your answer.
