Locked out of IPOffice 500 after ~90days

The annoying issue I have is after (what I think is)90 days, I am locked out of one of my IPO's using the default Administrator password. I have to go in using the maint port and typing in the
AT-SECURITYRESETALL command. All the settings I see are set to never expire. This all started when the customer wanted access to the system via the LAN2/WAN port on a separate network. We set up a new Operator password. Which worked for 3 mos. I've since defaulted all the passwords, but still I have to reset the security every 3 mos.

how many alarms do you see for failed attempts to log in?

If you can see a lot then they may be out on the open and someone tries to hack them

There is an option in the security settings this.
Are you sure that the password not set to expire after 90 days?
