locked out of CallPIlot

what are the steps to retrieve, if any, passwords to the CallPilot server and the CallPilot Manager.

Also, what are the default time if locked out of the two?

PBXT3CH...what release is the callpilot?do you know
if someone has changed the server login or was it default?
the callpilot manager password and server passwords do not
timeout they have to be changed.

We had the same problem and my vendor ended up working with Nortel TAC to fix it.

If you wait about 15 minutes your login will reset but you still need the login and password.
