Locked out of 3900?

I just bought a 3Com 3900 switch, I logged into to web interface and changed its I.P. address to fit my subnet. But I guess I should have looked at the other settings before I changed it because now when I try to access it I get a message that says...

I suppose I will hope I can get in through the console port, but I have never done that before, how do I do it?
