Locked logger space by QA calls

Hi,

I am using unlock tool located on cls, but I got error:

Failed to calling GetCurrentClsLoggers, Reason 2. Please check log. I check log file and find nothing.

I did not see loggers in the list.

Loggers are Version 9.10
CLS is Version 8.93

if you are using Nicelog Voice locking tool? you need to connect to Logger not the CLS and choice unlock segment dates.
