Locked Channel

Hello everybody...
I have a problem in meridian when i use the stat (loop) on ld 60 one channel is locked, if i disable the channel and after enable this channel return locked. Is very strage...
Have you ever seen this before?

What type of T1, also what release are you running?

I agree with Gene, that problem is usually a fault at the CO
