Hello, does anybody know of any good lockdown programs for OS X? I need to lockdown the desktop and other items for about 50 apple machines. Thanks

What part of the native OSX user restrictions do not suit you? Using an administrator account, you can control a wealth of subordinate user settings in the Preference Panes.

One used to use products like FoolProof from SmartStuff Software but this is not an issue with OSX.

Thanks jimoblak for the advice, works well under 10X. I'm having one problem with one application. When users tried to launch the application (classic)with the application folder they received a "unable to launch application because volume is lock". Any suggestions, thanks.

When i can create a network account to logon to windows 2000 server, the restrictions settings don't exist. How can i restrict certain features with network accounts?
