Lockd errors on SCO before restart

Hi there, I'm kind of new to the SCO world and I'm having an issue at a client site with their SCO OpenServer 5 box. I've managed to pull out the /var/adm/syslog file and from piling through it, the common chain of events indicates this sequence just before it goes down. I would really appreciate any imput on this, I can get the gist of what it means (kinda) but don't know enough to understand how to fix it:
