lock records

Hello.

I have one form where are for example 3 master records, but the form is biger, because there can be more records:

.
.

I would like, when i come to last (not empty record), that it would stop there - i could go back to first but not on the from example 4th record - empty record. Just from first to last full record. - without scroll bar

Write a before record trigger if the columns is null stop the navigation.
