Making a survey!

Have make a form in Access who I will send with mail to some people. I just wont them to fill in the first record, if the come to the second the will get problem with the primarykey.

So I just wont them to fill in the first I wont it to be impossible to come to the sedond!!

Some who know I can solve this problem???

Don't display the Navigation Buttons, and set the Form's Cycle Property to CurrentRecord.
