Hi , i have CCM 7.1 , how to block outgoing call with password , example phone 3100 is allow to any outgoing call , when 3100 out of office make "password" for block phone for only internal call

Have you tried FAC Force Authorization Code, users must enter an authorization code to reach the intended recipient of the call. When a user dials a number that is routed through a FAC-enabled route pattern, the system plays a tone that prompts for the authorization code.

Thank Riktov , my problem is different :

user 1102 is always able to place the International call , but when he goes out of office ( no time dependent ) he must block phone to call
