LOCK MENU IN IP PHONE 1120&1140

hello my dears

my customer wants to prevent users of using the menu tools

in ip phones 1120&1140

there is ( lock menu ) by pressing the services key twice .

but how can it be used ?
i have never tried to use it ...

if any body tried it please help ...
