Lock IE to a single address

Is there a way so that IE6 can be locked to a single IP address (it will actually be on a Citrix server). We don't want the users the abilty to browse to any other site (internal or external)
I keep finding dead links when looking this up :-(

Cheers, the dreaded search words were wrong... was searching for "restrict to single address" instead of "block to all" type things.

Actually, I found it by searching for pcmag because I knew that bcastner has posted the pcmag article a few times for this type of question.
