Lock C Drive

I know in GPO you can hide, remove any drive you want from my computer, but can you prevent a user from saving anything to the local Drive. I want all users to save to their user folder. I've already did folder redirects, but I want ot be absolutely sure they can't save to the C dirve. Did I miss that setting in the GPO??
