Are you the administrator of the server Name & Address Book ?
If not, I am afraid you cannot do anything to apublic group.
On the other hand, why exactly do you use a group for incoming messages ? I was under the impression that incoming messages from the Internet have their recipient already defined. A server group shouldn't have anything to do with incoming Internet mail. Are you doing anything special ?
