Hi, I have a web page made with a jpg picture, and Iput a layer with a frame inside of the jpg. Unfortunately, the layer never stays at the same spot on the jpg picture, depending on the size of the screen, it goes either to the left, either to the right. How can I lock the layer on the jpg picture ? Thankx.

put the pic in a body as a b/g image style sheet and specify the horizontal positioning to center
